The following resources and tools are available to service and update your account.

• Aflac SmartClaim® - Helps take the guesswork out of filing your claim by telling you exactly what documents are needed. You can even upload your documents. Having the right information means you will get paid faster so you can get back to more important things
• Aflac Claims Direct Deposit – It’s all about convenience. Aflac claims can be paid by check or direct deposit into a bank account of your choice. You choose how you want to be paid.
• My Policies – View details of your policy including billing, service history, plan type, etc. You can also print forms if you need to make changes to your policy.
• Message Center – View, save and print your message(s)
• My Personal Info – Has your contact information changed? No problem. You can make edits to your contact information anytime

To make updates, click My Personal Info  Here, you can also go paperless by electing to receive your notices from Aflac electronically.
